| Infra Structure of
the Department |
The department has well equipped students laboratories
in Materials Science, Solid State Physics, Electronics
and Communication. Besides students laboratories the
department has research equipment like thin film coating
unit (thermal and e-beam gun), Impedance analyzer, UV-visible
double beam spectrophotometer and ultrasonic velocity
and attenuation measurement system, Multi frequency
(1-14 MHz) interferometer and High temperature furnaces
